The opinions of the entrepreneur are expressed.
This black history bear can learn how to pass the leaders who will pass in difficult times in difficult times and difficult times, and learn how to pass the leaders. You need courage, endurance, intestine and a vision to pass through the dark periods. As a consultant, I spend most of my days, I spend most of my companies that help large and small navigation problems, and I look at black leaders as examples of the visible image.
Here are three lessons that all entrepreneurs can learn while navigating the situations in their professional and personal lives.
Choose a path of development
In difficult times, sometimes our best teacher is ourselves. No one knows that Frederick is better than DUGLASS. Despite being born of slavery, Frederick Douglass knew that the ticket for the freedom passed. At the age of 6, Douglass, recently, was moved to Wye House, the wife of his wife Lucretia Auld, which was viewed by Lucretia Auld. Then, his family, Hugh and Sophia Aulul, sent him to serve in Baltimore. When Duglass was about 12 years, Sophia Auld began to teach him the alphabet. But Her husband Hugh was rigidly rejected because he felt that the literacy encourages bondage.
The secret, Douglass taught him to read and write himself, and once, “knowledge is the way to the freedom of slavery,” he said. Douglass taught WEBSTER how to write to Spell books and began to inspire and write posters at the cellar and warehouse doors. In the following years, he continued to write three most-sold biographies: Frederick Duglass, Iduction and Freedom (1855) and Frederic DuGlass (1881) life and life of life (1855).
The lesson is: When it comes to developing and changing, choose a harsh road to develop itself for long-term growth and success. When you feel shortened, whether it’s an executive head coach when you are appreciating your fundraising skills or that stakeholders are doubtful, then do the difficulty you will not pay later.

Tell me right and what is – even if no one hears
Douglass was known as vocal cancellation in the world. He has been lectures in Ireland and the United Kingdom, in the United States, for two years. The sympathetic Europeans, Auld donated money to get freedom. When he returned to the United States in 1847, the first liquidator began its newspaper Northern stardefended the cancellation of slavery in writing.
Here’s the lesson: Say: Know and what you know is correct. Here, often we follow our opponents, we copy what they do, we repeat and try to overcome them. However, some of the best entrepreneurs fake their way, often swims upward, updated along the road and do not have anyone anything. In difficult times, they can feel like risky actions. However, these entrepreneurs pay attention to their vision for the future and think that they think right, even if others do not receive.

If you feel alone set up coalitions
Once you have a difficult situation – If you are fighting for leaving your work or walking an indefinite market – you can do the storm in the weather by building a partnership with a coalition and around you. Frederick Douglass did it exactly, but with women’s election location.
In 1848, Douglass was the only black man in the room because he participated in the Convention on the Seneca Falls and the First Women’s Rights Rights in New York. When others fail to see the relationship between women’s election and liquidation, Douglass said that a woman who had the right to vote for the rights of black men with the vote of women. The world’s right to participate in politics and the power of the world will be a better place. This partnership was revolutionary for this period. To see the 19th amendment, Douglass will not be alive, but the propaganda against his ally and civil rights and freedom will never be forgotten.
The lesson is: Build partnership. No one can stay alone. Time now, if you have not established as many partnerships, alliances and attitudes as you want. Douglass realized that he could create a society that shares similar values and arms, and create a collective growth. When Times gets difficult at work, it is the power of your partnership to see you.

Last Thoughts
Sometimes it is useful to look back to move forward. Looking for leaders like Frederick Douglass is a choice of inspiration, but smart. During the slavery, he was a man who struggled to walk his life and how to read, write, talk, speak, and finally to be a lawyer to be a lawyer for freedom and freedom. You can’t help, but Douglass, if you still have survived, you feel the one who needs advice. During the period of uncertainty and confusion, we can give us a light and one of many figures that can be a model to act with difficulties, confidence and hope.
