Although I’m traveling a lot for my job and there is a lot of decline to be on the road, there is an important benefit: gives you time to think.
When you’re traveling – especially when you are solo, I have a lot of time to think – just like I have a lot of time. In Uber. In safety. Walking at the airport. I look forward to your flight. To be in flight. To reverse your destination. Some people listen to music or podcasts during this working hours and I also have cases while doing so. But I think too often. What are my thoughts?
If you are a business owner, the same as you. I think about what happens in my life and company. A new product we work on. A sales campaign I want to try. A difficult customer status. When I return from a trip, I usually have new ideas, there are different approaches to a problem – bright thoughts to share.
When you travel, I’m not on the phone as far as I’m in the office. I don’t send a lot of emails either or don’t attend multiple meetings. I work less, but in fact I do more.
The next day I came back in my office, I am completing the tasks. I consider contracts. I work on the offer. I am growing up. I’m messing up a worker. I call a contractor. I am running to a customer meeting. I do so much. But do I do the right things? Do I really contribute to the long-term profitability and growth of my work? I used to act or just react? I think you know the answer.
Like business owners, we all spend a lot of time to do much local things instead of really important things: think. To think about the future. He thinks that our customers are happy and our products are better and our employees are happier. We must think about the economy, rules and new laws that can affect our work and how we will deal with them. We must think of how to increase the value of cash flow, investments and institutions. But should we deal with all the daily minutiae? I have to do little things. So, I get more.
Some actions I will take this year this year, I can do more by doing less.

Experts are foreign
I have to not implement my own wages, quotes, research or sending bulk emails. I will put it aside these tasks this year. I will pay accountants, vendors and marketers abroad to do this for me. This will be saved for hours. Yes, it will cost, but the cost-benefit ratio will be higher.
I forcend to go out more
I will leave my desk, I will play pumpkin or walk my bike in the middle of the day, visit more customers and have lunch with people I have to lunch years ago. The more if I am, how much I have left for my talented people, the more I leave my work, and how much will I think about the work and how to scale it.
Join the CEO group
There are many large organizations gathering local groups and business owners who meet regularly to discuss local groups of the country regularly. Discuss his problems, share financial information, offer guidance and ask for help. If I didn’t listen to you and what you mean to do with them, I would like to gain a profit and grow. Follow 80/20 rule
It is amazing to me how much time I spend the customers who create so little earnings. Like many, I just want to make people happy. I understand that each client is important and a customer would like to be satisfied as a customer who pays me $ 100 million. But come, does this really mean? This year, I will take less time on earnings on earnings, marginalized, and I will really pay attention to customers who are really valuable for my work. I will ignore smaller customers. But there is a limit on how much time I will spend them. I will do the same with our products and services. Should we have a lot of things? Let’s do more with less offers?

Finally, I will be based on more technology this year
I will look at every single task I do – to answer emails, to keep the opportunities, send bulk messages, participate in meetings, invoices and suggestions, how can invoices and suggestions can be done faster. 2025 I will do less. Little busy work. Less microfanization. Less detailed tasks. My smartest customers are: They take the time to think. They do more work by doing less.
