If I laugh out loudly in a silent room, you’re camouflage. If I dance in the middle of the street, you crush. Welcome to the world of validity.
You see that most people go about their daily life, maintaining a certain level, a level of conformity they consider to be social acceptable.
But then there are those who are not afraid to be themselves, no matter where they or who watches. They have this unnoticed ability to solve certain things in the society without feeling slightly slightly awkward.
It may seem insignificant, but it’s actually a clear sign of authenticity. It is a sign that they are comfortable in their skin and are not afraid to show the world what is it really?
Frankly, if you can do this 8 things in the public without swimming, you are more valid from 95%.
And that’s what we will speak today.
So grab, my friend. You can just figure out that you are more valid than you think.
1) By laughing loudly
Have you ever found laughing from laughing because you’re in a public place?
Well, they are not authentic people. They feel like a heartless laughter blows and let it, no matter where they are.
You see, Laughter is a natural human response. That’s what we express our joy, our fun, and sometimes even our nervousness. It is one of the most common ways we have.
And yet, many of us hide it, fearing what others are thinking.
If you can laugh aloud without self-conscious or embarrassment, you show the same level of authenticity that many are missing.
It’s more than just don’t care what others think. This refers to your feelings and not to be afraid to express them.
Go ahead, let you laugh. It is the testimony of your authenticity.
2) Singing your favorite song
I am the first to admit that I am not Adele. But that doesn’t stop me from taking my favorite melodies in the public.
Whether I’m in a car, in a grocery store, or walk on the street if a song I love I can’t help but sing.
Originally I felt shy. People gazed, some would laugh.
But over time, I realized that it was not about them. It was about expressing my joy and enthusiasm comfortable.
Now I’m just singing. I’m doing. I let the music move through me and I express it without fear or hesile.
If you can do this if you can get your heart out of the world without care in the world, you definitely really have 5% of authentic individuals.
Because at the end of the day life is too short to leave your favorite song out loud.
3) openly crying
Here is something you may not know: Crying is actually good for you. It is a natural feedback from a variety of emotions, happiness to sadness, and it can help your body recover emotional stress.
However, society often views crying, especially in society as a sign of weakness. But is it really?
Authentic people don’t think so. They are not afraid to show their emotions, even if it means a few tears in society.
They understand that expressing their feelings is a sign of force, not weakness.
If you are a man who can be open when you move or upset, regardless of where you are, or who can see you in a valid few.
4) Free Dance
There is something that really liberates your favorite melody rhythm.
Authentic people get it. They don’t need a dance floor or party to start shouting.
If they listen to the beat, they are not afraid to turn around, shine or even completely dance, no matter who looks.
It’s not about being a big dancer. It’s about that it is comfortable to express yourself through the movement without worrying about the verdict or criticism.
If you can move in the middle of the grocery store or in the bus stop without feeling self-conscious, you show the same level of authenticity that is really rare in today’s world.
5) expressing your opinion
I have always been in the power of firm believers. I believe that our voices are our most powerful tools, and it is through expressing our thoughts and opinions that we really show our authenticity.
It can be terrible to express different opinions in today’s society. It’s much easier to sleep and mix with the crowd.
But I found that talking, especially when my opinion reminds me of grain, it is incredibly liberation.
It’s not about confronting or arguing. It’s about to stand up for the fact that I believe even if it can be junk.
If you can express your opinion in society, even when it differs from everyone without feeling uncomfortable, you will definitely actually in 5% of the validity.
Because real authenticity means that they are not afraid to stand sometimes alone.
6) You are making a mistake
No one likes to be wrong. It’s a blow to our ego, a tooth in our pride.
However, you are wrong to publicly accept the ability to publicly, it is a clear sign of authenticity.
It shows that you appreciate the truth about the representation, and that you are not afraid to take responsibility for your mistakes.
It’s easy to divert or excuses to sin, but it needs real courage and integrity to say, “I’m a mess.”
If you can swallow your pride and accept your mistakes in front of others without feeling humiliated or defensive, you find yourself more valid than many.
Because being authentic is not always true. It’s about being real.
7) Silent
It is often said that silence is golden. But at our fast pace, silence in the hypertensive world can be uncomfortable.
However, there is something incredibly valid about the ability to sit in silence, especially when you are in society.
It shows that you are convenient with your own thoughts and it is not necessary for constant noise or chat.
Do you see that authentic people know that you should not always fill the silence in words? Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is nothing at all.
If you someone who can sit quietly in a stunning coffee shop or a crowded bus without feeling your phone, you show it quite impressive.
8) Being yourself
At the end of the day, authentication boils to one simple thing. Being yourself.
It sounds simple, perhaps even cliche, but it is surprisingly difficult for many people.
We are so often turned by social expectations, peer pressure and to judge the fear that we forget who we really are.
But authentic people. They do not allow these things to reach them. Who are they, imperceptibly?
They embrace their sweats, their passions, their strengths, their weaknesses, everything that makes them unique.
If you can be yourself in the public, really really yourself, without feeling uncomfortable, or like a mask you are more valid than 95% of there. And that’s something to be proud.
Accepting your authenticity
If you have traveled with me this distance, you will think that authenticity is not about big gestures or dramatic exhibitions.
It’s about small, everyday things that reflect who you really are.
Validity is not about experiencing others or attempting to fit into a particular mold. It comes from a deep feeling of self-knowledge and to express it from the courage, no matter where you watch.
Those who embody this feature are not just valid. They are a person’s lighthouse in the world that often encourages compliance.
When you go about your day, ask yourself. You are committed to yourself. Do you express your authenticity without fear or anxiety?
Being real is not always easy, but it’s the most brutal feeling when you can be free for yourself. And trust me, the world needs more than that.
