The Kansas Combustion Department presented a new grant program aimed at the appearance of urban centers and economic appeals in the center of the state. Today, the new plaque (signs) will provide $ 250,000 to support high quality, creative board projects for grant, retail and trade companies supported by grant.
Signs are open to a wide applicant for grants, enterprises, construction owners, municipalities, major street organizations, economic development groups, trade rooms, trade, tribal bodies and other non-profit communities rooms. Funding Rewards will vary from 1000 to $ 50,000 to $ 50,000 required for the size of society:
- Communities with a population of 2500 to 50,000 must provide a 50% match.
- Communities, which are less than 2500 residents, should provide a 25% match.
Projects to protect the historical charm of the city of Kansas should follow Kansas Trade Management Instructions. Three-dimensional board and kansas-based enterprises will be a priority to suggestions that use for design and installation.
Grants can be used for various aspects of plaque projects, including funds, design, procurement, lighting and installation. To control, applications must develop developments that support many buildings or enterprises in the center of many buildings or the center of transport. Projects must comply with all state and local regulations and signing must be completed within six months of grant approval.
Applications will be accepted until all the funds are separated and will be considered first, first-in-service.
