Starting from the harsh truth: Most of the most founders are slowing you down, and the majority of investors are making companies in LinkedIn because it does not really believe in many people. This would not be mine.
I deliberately chose to build my work solo. There are no brainstorm sessions that dragged with “consultants”, endless feedback in my ears, whispered in my ear. I did not want to evaluate – I wanted speed and clarity.
People often ask: “Isn’t this risky going alone?” I’m getting it too. However, something risky is handed over to someone else and hopes to keep him in the same fire in your hands. I had a clear idea of what I wanted to build: a face recognition before the market, a delivery platform that can hold a wallet that can be quietly scale without a full ecosystem and usual starting noise.
I didn’t want to chase capital, to explain my sight to people waiting or not yet. I was not interested in starting therapy sessions. I asked for results and I was willing to work for them.

The secret value of “Help”
Solo builders are one of the biggest mistakes about the biggest misconceptions, they must do everything – to be small and slow to be solo. This cannot be further than the truth. I didn’t set up a team. I set up systems that work as a well-fat team.
Each hour is doubled when the costs are only at the beginning of time and energy. Then I didn’t have luxury to understand things or wait for others. Everything you can be lean, fast and repetitive from day.
For example, I stopped my endless meetings. Instead, I use my decisions, the next steps and understanding of my thoughts. It’s like a virtual coo that never forgotten. Zapier automates workflows, apps, notifications, notifications and documents without my permanent access. Canva and Chatgpt, design and content on the surface site of a creative group.
Strip and Google Workspace Invoice, legal documentation and plane – are working without a single helper. Calendly planning is filtering meetings only to really important ones.
It was everything that could be systematically automated or eliminated. The goal was not to do each task, but to make sure that every assignment is made without slowing me. Being a solo is sharp and disciplined, not delicate.
Just focus on the action of the needle
The mental game of a single building is often rated. Continuous or do not wear every hat yourself. This is to protect your ruthless priority and mental energy for decisions you can only do.
I do not spend hours for technical buildings. I show you to the sea teams that specialize in the things you specialize in and watching the architecture I watched. Design template and systematized. Admin work is automated or simply cut.
My job is to think clearly, think strategically and prevent the noise. I mean locking in my daily plan today, it means that an accurate staffing process and a simple rule: If it takes more than an hour, or turn it off an hour.
The pressure is not just to do so. Trying to be everywhere at a time. My edge, I do everything – I just know exactly what I can do and I am sure everything else is moving without me.
Proof comes from action without hype
I did not expect the launch day or the perfect yards to confirm my thoughts. I silently built in the background and tried the market where he really counts.
An early success was a hardware AI concept that I made from investor pressure, but a personal passion. I did a light, plugin and the game with the game, then shared a few people with a few people who influenced adoption and trends.
The result? A buyer immediately signed under one NDA, two more wanted a price without a formal pitch and the reviews were not practical and deep, surface level definition.
There are no press releases, no advertising costs, waiting lists. Only product, context and real customer signals. It was enough proof.
Why would I still choose to build alone
This early deal was not a one-time. After submit the proof of the concept, I fulfilled the all-soluble – to provide deposits and management production, providing deposits or production – not all without partners or financing. I continued control over each decision and every dollar.
Many have the necessary stages of co-founders or VCs. I have proved that they were not. When setting up, you do not need more votes in the room when performing the IP. Need more control.
The only building gave me confidence, clarity and capital. This allows you to get away from a project, so I could double the adults. It is not isolated – it’s about not careful goals.

Build a single job, not about the lack of support. About setting up on your terms. You don’t need to go viral to succeed or grow millions. You should go with the attention, integrity and systems that work in your whole and sleep.
