Recruiters can be your dream job ticket. They are well connected, they are always trying to complete multiple positions, and they know the “Ins” of the industry and the best companies. If you are lucky enough they can even have a position that you are comfortable for. There is no drawback of their nature of their work better.
Here are 7 things that collectors will never tell you, but you have to know.
You can probably negotiate
In most cases, the recruiter could go higher if the candidate only negotiated.
Many candidates will not be so brave to do this, but it is generally welcome and healthy of the effective health process. Usually, the recruiter will receive a salary of each position, and it is unlikely that their initial offer was on top of that range. Make your research, get an idea of what you are worth on the market and don’t be afraid to mention your price.
At the end of the day, the recruiter wants to place the placement. This means that they will support you what you want if that’s what is necessary to fill the position.
They only resume skin
You spend hours adding keywords to a triple check of spelling errors for the touch of Photoshop to complete the import of import. But that doesn’t mean the recruiter will spend more than a few seconds that slides your carefully designed, perfect formatted CV.
The reality is that there are more resumes to read than they have time, and most usually fit well. So as long as your qualification does not fit job descriptions, don’t expect to spend your profile more than a minute.

They can only influence, not to decide
In most cases, the hiring manager (or their boss) calls shots. The conscript is simply there to discuss and offer their professional opinion on the candidates.
If you can, find out who is in an important rental process. Build a relationship with those people and know who directs your thanksgiving questions and consistent questions. There are always more than one person to impress.
But they still have very involved information
So so quickly don’t be off their job. They know who hired managers are what they are, and what they are looking for. There must be a priority for resuscitation and to establish a strong connection with them. Eventually they were hired to make that deployment.
You can be a plan b
Already your third further email. If the recruiter or hired manager seems to be pulling his feet or delays when making a final decision, the chances are another candidate for the pipeline.
This is not necessarily a bad thing. Take it as a challenge to convince your role to collect your convenience. If you are really interested in the position, it will not stop expressing your enthusiasm. It will put you alone from equally qualified candidate.
Another opportunity can be postponed by the employer. They can remove things, cancel position or even their recruiter. That happens. If you were interviewed and you were not given a red light, the best thing to do is refresh the recruit. They will usually give an honest answer if that is the case.
Don’t forget to maintain the most faithful and positive holiday in all consistency.

They don’t work for you
It often causes a surprise for job seekers we work for companies, not for candidates.
Although it is the recruitment job to post someone, you don’t have to be you. Needless to say that your proper diligence is to perform your own research and find sources that can be less biased (for example: GlassDoor). Look for your own interest as collectors are human and are paid to fill in position.
Don’t expect feedback
Conscripts generally do not care that the rejected candidates are criticized. Whether this is due to you because jeans do not cut it or fear of being honest with honest response, it often causes more difficulties than it is more difficult.
On the other hand, if you receive feedback from the recruiter, take it as a compliment. That means they really love you and think you have a great potential.
If you want to request feedback is to ask the key special Questions such as “What is the main reason I don’t count as a final?” Such issues are easier to respond and remove the predictions from open issues.
Recruiters can be the best thing that ever happened to your career. If you are actively employed, you know that they are only one part of your career search. They can only help if they have positions that fit you, so don’t rely on them.
If you end up working with someone, do your part, studying ahead of time, working to recruiters as much as possible and establish a strong relationship with the main actors. By doing so, you both will be better to find good luck.
