I Scaled a 500-Person Company on Hustle — But Wellness Made It Sustainable (and More Profitable)

I’ve really been around the block to know what it means: long hours, weekend emails and a bulging line between work and everything.

We like to believe that we go through the hustle culture and the health period in the workplace. However, such job ads are still wrapped in the “ambition” language of many employers, still prove to exhaust.
