Being your own head requires a certain level of conviction, you need to believe in your ideas that are enough for them.
If you have someone instinctively enhance your hand, volunteers to drive a pilot project, you already tighten these muscles.
Even if you are not the tallest in the room, the fact that you are comfortable to share (or given questions) of entrepreneurial preparation.
